Available only to level 4 candidates for Honours in Conservation Biology who must have achieved a performance acceptable to the Course Co-ordinator in appropriate courses at Level 3.

Overview

An independent research project.

Structure

6 weeks full time and 6 weeks half time of supervised research on a topic in conservation biology during the first half session.

Assessment

Resit (for Honours students only): Candidates achieving a CAS mark of 6-8 may be awarded compensatory level 1 credit. Candidates achieving a CAS mark of less than 6 will be required to submit themselves for re-assessment and should contact the Course Co-ordinator for further details.
