This course seeks to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical applications in the field of psychology. This course explores the diverse ways in which psychological principles are employed to address real-world challenges across a variety of areas such as clinical, health and education.

This course seeks to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical applications in the field of psychology. This course explores the diverse ways in which psychological principles are employed to address real-world challenges across a variety of areas such as clinical, health and education.
Through a series of lectures, students will engage with a wide spectrum of applied psychology topics, gaining valuable insights into how psychological theories and research findings can be used in applied settings. During the course students will have the opportunity to see how psychology can contribute to the understanding of and inform practice in contemporary societal challenges.

Written Exam – answer 3 from 4 short answer questions (approx. 600 words each). Exam will be online and open book. Students will be asked to apply theory to an applied context to make assessment authentic. General feedback available on request, however, as this is an exam, students will not receive detailed individual feedback on their scripts |
