Course Overview

This course provides the theoretical structure to bring together the learning of 1^st and 2^nd year courses placing the students as International Manager. Being an International Manager I looks in depth into the theoretical concepts of international business and prepares them to the more experiential subsequent course entitled Being an International Manager II.

Course Description

This course uses four interrelated topics to describe and illustrate the world of an International Manager. Being an International Manager I looks in depth into the concepts of international business from abstract viewpoint. This course is complementary to Being an International Manager II where students take a more applied approach to the concepts learned in I describing and illustrating the implications for international managers.
