Students will be assigned to supervisors appropriate to their main discipline. Where feasible, supervisors will co-operate in specifying an interdisciplinary design exercise which will then be carried out by the assigned students working as a team. Team organisation, planning and progress will be the responsibility of the students; supervisors will normally attend some team meetings. Individual reports or joint report in which individual contributions are clearly identified, are required. Log books will be kept and must be submitted. Students will be required to make a short oral presentation of their design outcome.
