Aims
This programme aims to engage learner in taking a critical overview of their own practice, taking account of the requirements within the Scottish Education system, current policy and curriculum drivers that impact on professional practice of teachers.
Outcomes
The expected outcomes of study are to:
undertake a systematic process of self-analysis of practice as an inclusive practitioner
critically analyse principles and perspectives to inform professional values and practice
demonstrate commitment to continuous professional development through professional enquiry
design and implement professional enquiry to undertake a small-scale review of personal professional practice based on action research principles
