This course will discuss corporate governance from comparative and legal policy perspectives. It is aimed at affording students a firm understanding of the theories of Corporate Governance, national systems of corporate governance, Board Structures and Composition, Director Liability, Executive pay and shareholders’ Rights.

1st Attempt: Three hour exam. Students must answer 3 questions out of 7 (100%). Resit: Normally, no resit is available.
Each student must write two timed answers to past exam questions of their choice. Each student will receive individual feedback on each of their essays.
Feedback will be provided on the feedback form within three weeks from the date of submission.
