Course Description

The Professional Development 3 course will encourage you to consider you own development by examining reflective practice, experiential learning, support networks and learning models. You will work either individually or with peers to consider changes in professional practice and what your own personal /professional development needs to incorporate in order to maintain a professional status and outlook. This course is a compulsory course on the BA Professional Development, which is designed to provide a degree route for a range of professionals for whom there is no other,  or no appropriate, professional qualification. It is specifically designed for those in further education, community learning and/or social care environments but is open to anyone. All participants must normally be employed ( paid or voluntary) in an appropriate professional capacity.
