Course Overview

Rapid changes in world business and advances in technology mean companies are seeking new ways to compete and innovate. Business consultants can offer much needed advice and expertise. This course is intended to introduce you to the work of business consultants and identify the competencies you will require to apply for a career in consultancy. The course will be taught by practicing consultants and will cover both theoretical as well as practical aspects of business consultancy.

Course Description

The Introduction to Business Consultancy course will cover a range of topics that will be delivered with multiple methods including lectures, guest talks, case-based assessments etc.

The course is aimed at those with career aspirations to join a consulting firm, start their own business consultancy or interested to know more about business with psychology and the role of a consultant. The course will provide you with an overview of the basics of management consultancy. Course syllabus will cover topics such as an overview of the consulting industry, contemporary issues in business consulting, preparing for a successful career in business consultancy, working as a consultant etc.

Completion of this course will help you to develop your skills, confidence and knowledge of business consulting sector and help you with personal and professional development.
