This course aims to cover the building blocks of financial management in the international business context.

It is of primary concern to corporate managers, and all the considerations needed to make financial decisions both inside and outside firms.

Course Description

This course introduces students to the concepts and theories of corporate finance, focusing on the techniques that help for the understanding, evaluation and resolution of financial managers’ problems. It covers topics such as financial management environment, investment appraisal, assets pricing model, capital market efficiency, source and cost of finance, Capital structure, etc.
