Business consultants can offer much needed advice and expertise across diverse areas that require an in-depth understanding of the people working in these areas to do so. Psychology Toolkit for Consulting course offers students an introduction into the a range of tools used by psychologist when consulting across these varied industries. The course will be taught by a practicing consultant and experienced academic and will cover both theoretical as well as practical aspects of psychological tools used in consulting.

Psychology Toolkit for Consulting course will cover a range of topics that will be delivered by multiple teaching methods including lectures, guest talks, case-based assessments etc.
The course is aimed at those with career aspirations to join a consulting firm, start their own consultancy or curious to know more about the role of a consultant. The course will provide you with an overview of the psychological tools used by consultants to better understand their clients to add a deeper understanding of human behaviour in the workplace.
Completion of this course will help students to develop communication and feedback skills, confidence and knowledge in understanding human behaviour in the workforce and overall stronger understanding of the role of a business consultant. Students will have the opportunity to use the psychological tools on themselves and fellow students which will also help the individual student gain a better understanding of their own strengths and weaknesses for personal and professional development.
