Partnerships for Sustainability provides an overview understanding and analysis of the role of partnerships as a means of delivering and governing the Sustainable Development Goals. The course covers the theory of partnership development and partnership mechanisms, applications of partnerships in practice and engagement with real partnership managers.

Assessment 1 Partnership evaluation individual seminar - Continual assessment Identify a sustainability partnership at any scale (i.e. local, national or international) that addresses one of the UN SDGs. In your seminar identify: The problem the partnership addresses including relevant science and supporting data; The history of the partnership; How the partnership is governed; The mechanisms that the partnership uses to achieve its goals; An evaluation of the effectiveness of the partnership; How the partnership reflects academic debates and theory in relation to partnership formation and implementation. |
