Course Overview

This course enables students to develop professional and practical skills in intellectual property law. This course will take the place of a dissertation.

Course Description

This course will have 3 elements: expert training in communication, professional writing and team work (May); expert training in professional skills in intellectual property with a focus on one of legal, commercial and activist pathways (June); individual and group oral assessments (June); group written project (July) and individal written project (August)
