This applied anatomy course is designed for anyone wishing to refresh or enhance their knowledge of functional and applied anatomy for their own interest or for academic development. Attendees will include, but are not limited to: clinicians, allied healthcare professionals, science graduates, and anatomists. The course will begin with structured, online self-study resources with clear guidance to focus your preparation for 2 days of intensive face to face workshops, working with the cadaveric material. Knowledge and understanding will be assessed mainly by practical and written examination. A non-credit awarding option without formal assessment is also available. At the end of the course, attendees would be able to gain a applied/working knowledge of the structure and function of the upper limb.

The course will begin with a five week structured, online self-study resources with clear guidance and support which includes online interactive discussion board engagement and online video lectures to help student focus their preparation for a 2 day intensive on-campus workshop, working with the cadaveric material. Knowledge and understanding will be assessed mainly by practical and written examination. A non-credit awarding option without a formal assessment is also available. At the end of the course, attendees would be able to gain an in depth applied/working knowledge of the structure and function of the human back and spine.

This applied anatomy course is designed for anyone wishing to learn or enhance their literature review skill including data extraction, data analysis, and dissemination of data into a mini-review format in the field of applied anatomy of Musculoskeletal system (MSK) or a topic relevant to student’s professional or academic development. Attendees will include, but are not limited to clinicians, allied healthcare professionals, science graduates, and anatomists. The course will begin with a six weeks structured, online self-study resources with clear guidance and support, which includes online interactive discussion board engagement and online video conference meetings to help student focus on their project work. Knowledge and understanding will be assessed mainly by an online PowerPoint presentation and submission of a written mini-review. At the end of the course, attendees will gain an in-depth literature review, critical thinking, analytical, presentation and academic writing skill to synthesise mini-review with an international standard.
