This course provides up-to-date knowledge of a range of research methods relevant to Molecular Nutrition. You will develop and integrate a basic knowledge of molecular biology and molecular approaches to investigate the biological processes involving nutrition and its roles in health and disease. A combination of lectures, seminars, laboratory classes, and guest lectures will help integrate the practicalities of undertaking nutrition research and intervention studies with the molecular processes of nutrition. During this course you will be required to contribute to lively discussions of the application of the research methods, study and intervention design.
