This course will provide students with an opportunity to learn the theories, evidence base and external influences of assessment in clinical education. Students will learn the processes involved in planning, designing and quality assuring assessments which may be applied in their own clinical setting.
This is an online learning course where the students receive all teaching delivered through an online virtual learning environment, but which incorporates a range of interactive teaching. The students will have access to all of the core materials at the beginning of the course and can then attend synchronous sessions as well as participate in asynchronous activities.
