This module investigates the theories, concepts and techniques of investigation that are essential for analysis of where the organisation is, where it wants to be and how it will get there.

This module will focus on five main themes:

  • Planned versus emergent strategy

  • Strategy Tools

  • Strategy and Competition

  • Implementation

  • Re-thinking Markets: Blue Oceans and White Spaces
