Across the world, educational policy-makers and practitioners are committed to enhancing children’s learning experiences in areas such as literacy and numeracy, as well as closing the attainment gap by raising the attainment of children experiencing deprivation. As a vast and ever-developing field, several educational approaches have been developed in an effort to improve learning and attainment.
