You shall be introduced to a diverse range of ways to innovate effectively. You will explore what is meant by innovation, learning the different types and forms it can take and applying these to business environments. You shall learn new ways of thinking which will be supported by a variety of tools designed to encourage new outlooks and approaches to business. You will look at Value Propositions and Business Models, developing the skills and expertise to initiate, develop and sell a strong business proposal. Throughout the course there will be opportunities to apply what you are learning to a business or market meaning you will gain valuable insights and carry these into your own business ventures.
