1. Introduction to Law and Policy Basics 2. European Law on Renewable Energy 3. Mechanisms for Promoting Renewable Energy in the UK – National Framework Climate Legislation 4. Offshore Wind Energy and Law: Future Offshore? 5. Planning, Public Opposition and Renewable Energy 6. Economics and costs of renewable energy 7. Safety considerations
