Did you know that Dr. Fiona Robson, Head of Discipline for Business and Management has done a lot of work with the prestigious Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)?
Fiona co-authored the latest edition of the textbook ‘Research Methods in Human Resource Management’ which was published by Kogan Page. This textbook is used by students all across the world who are studying research methods and then writing their management reports or dissertations.
This textbook is now used in teaching at AFG College so that students can benefit from the expertise of our staff. Prior to this textbook, Fiona developed a number of toolkits for the CIPD on Learning Needs Analysis, Managing Sickness Absence and Effective Inductions.
