This is a past event

This workshop aims to develop constructive discussions on the current importance, challenges, trends and developments of talent acquisition and retention in multinational companies and building a learning culture in organisations. The workshop will draw on the most contemporary theoretical and practical knowledge that shape organisations strategies and practices. Also, we aim to discuss the process of fostering a learning culture in multinational companies and providing a clear path towards shaping a workplace environment based on a soft approach as a recipe to success.

In the first part of the workshop, we will draw on Talent Acquisition and Retention in Multinational Companies whereby a number of contemporary challenges will be addressed such as understanding the importance of talent acquisition and retention, analysing the process of acquiring and retaining people in multinational companies, challenges and the 'war' for recruiting the talented people, and strategies and best practices of talent acquisition and retention.

In the second part of the workshop, we will move the discussion to an equally pertinent topic such as Building a Learning Culture, whereby we will discuss organisational culture, the process of building a culture of learning, we will draw on the benefits of developing a training and learning culture in organisations, and we will emphasise the contemporary practices of fostering continuous learning in the workplace.
