The workshop brings together legal experts and practitioners to discuss various topics related to the business aspects of law firms and the relationship between international law and sustainability.
It starts with a welcome by Gianluca Andresani, the LLM Programme Leader, followed by a presentation by Olla Eldirdiri on "The Law Firm as a Commercial Enterprise", likely focusing on the business aspects of law firms as well as a presentation by Nevena Jevremovic on "The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and Sustainability," discussing the interplay between the CISG and the sustainable development goals (SDGs) adopted by the United Nations.
