Applications are invited for the position of Research Fellow in Psychology. The project, led by Dr Margaret Jackson, aims to understand how emotional expressions influence visuo-spatial working memory for faces.
Methods employed will be laboratory-based experiments using touch-screen technology and eye-tracking. You will need a strong background in experimental research and excellent analytical skills. Good experience with programming in Matlab is essential. Prior experience with eye-tracking would be valuable but is not essential.
This post is funded by the ESRC and will be available from 2 March 2015 for a period of two years. Salary will be at the appropriate point on the Grade 6 scale (£31,342 per annum).
