This year, the 46th European Conference on Visual Perception (ECVP) took place in Aberdeen, bringing together experts from around the world. The ECVP is an annual international conference that provides a forum for presenting and discussing new developments in the disciplines of of Psychology, Neuroscience, and Cognitive Sciences, with a focus on the scientific study of visual perception. This year’s event was co-chaired by Professor Constanze Hesse and Dr. Mauro Manassi from the School of Psychology.
As part of the ECVP's Social Calendar, we hosted a highly successful Illusion Night at the Aberdeen Art Gallery on Tuesday, August 27th. The event attracted a diverse audience, including conference delegates, members of the public, and University staff, making it a memorable highlight of the conference.
