Biography

Robin was a postdoctoral research fellow and lecturer in the School of Engineering at the University of Aberdeen between 1997 and 2004. Whilst in academic roles he published 15 peer-reviewed papers focussed on the mechanics of materials.  Much of the research work he undertook was funded by industry and resulted in several innovations that were implemented by industrial partners.  He now works as a consultant to Higher Education Institutions focussing on supporting leadership development within universities. He currently teaches on the MSc Programme in Project Management at the University of Aberdeen.
