Mr Robert Bashford

Biography

I am a Field Technician in the School of Biological Sciences, based at the University's Lighthouse Field Station. My role is to provide fieldwork support for the various research projects being carried out at the Lighthouse.

This involves the preparation and maintenance of fieldwork equipment, alongside assisting on boat based photo-ID surveys. In addition, I deliver RYA marine training for staff and students to ensure fieldwork is carried out safely.
