Biography
Mitchell joined the School of Law as a teaching fellow in 2023, and is in the final stages of completing a PhD concerning the resolution of Scottish private rented housing disputes by a specialised tribunal. He has previously contributed to the Stair Memorial Encyclopaedia and to Gloag and Henderson's Law of Scotland, and written articles on areas of land and housing law for various publications.
