Biography
My love and hunger for education has been evident throughout my career, not only taking opportunities to study qualifications to enhance my practice, but also gravitating towards career pathways which allowed me to use my passion and commitment to learning to support others to achieve their goals.
My interest in neurodiversity has grown consistently over my years working in education at Community, FE and HE levels, moreso in the past few years where I have been supporting students with diverse support needs across various subject areas. This has allowed my created and open-minded self the ability to develop suitable strategies alongside the students.
I am currently studying a Postgraduate Diploma in Specialist Assessment and Teaching for Literacy-Related Difficulties which will ultimately allow me to diagnose dyslexia.
I also have vast experience supporting ADHD and Autism at HE level.
