Problems printing to new MFDs from classroom PCs
What is happening?
You may be experiencing problems printing to new Konica Minolta printers from the classroom PCs. In certain circumstances the MFD will hang when choosing PullPrint.
We are urgently investigating this problem.
The problem only appears to affect printing from classroom PCs.
What should you do?
Please wait until we communicate with a solution. If your printing is very urgent, you may wish to try printing from your own laptop.
If you have urgent deadlines, please inform your School.
