Caldicott Approval
In June 2016 Grampian DaSH obtained generic Caldicott approval from NHS Grampian confirming they were happy with the information governance arrangements for data linkage studeies seeking to access NHS Grampian health data.
Do I still need to apply for Caldicott approval for my data linkage projects?
Yes - but the good news is that you don't need to complete detailed answers for the question about how you will manage the data securely.
