Anthropology Alumna Rows to Victory

Elo Luik, who graduated with first class Honours in Anthropology, was part of the successful Oxford University Women's rowing team who convincingly beat Cambridge University in this year's Women's Boat Race.

Elo is now a DPhil student in the School of Anthropology & Museum Ethnography at Wolfson College, Oxford.  Elo, from Estonia, rowed the number 5 seat, see details of her profile at http://theboatraces.org/compare-womens-blue-boat/2016/5

The Department of Anthropology at the University of Aberdeen are delighted to hear Elo continues in winning ways.  She successfully scooped the prize for the best Undergraduate Anthropology dissertation in academic year 2009-10.

We offer our sincere congratulations to Elo and her team mates.
