File access issue still ongoing
What is happening?
The issue with access to older files is still ongoing and our engineers will continue to work on a resolution over the weekend, in liaison with our external support vendor.
We apologise for the inconvenience and will provide a further update by 10am on Monday.
Please be aware that the outage will impact the following areas of University business: file recall, some websites, business applications including Student Records.
