The Philosophy Department is delighted to announce its adoption of the British Philosophical Association/Society for Women in Philosophy Good Practice Scheme. The Good Practice Scheme includes a series of measures to improve the academic environment for women and caregivers. Its measures address issues regarding gender bias and gender balance in academic events, sexual harassment, staff/student relationships and support for caregivers.
