Planned maintenance of external telephone lines, Monday 16 December 2013, 18:00 - 22:00
What is happening?
IT Service Engineers will be carrying out planned maintenance and upgrade of the external lines serving University telephone extensions at Old Aberdeen, Marischal College, Foresterhill, Rowett Bucksburn and Oceanlab.
This work will take place between 18:00 and 22:00 on Monday 16 December 2013.
Incoming and outgoing external calls will not be possible for a period of up to 90 minutes during this time. All extensions beginning 27xxxx or 43xxxx will be affected.
Internal calls between all University extensions, Lift and 999 Emergency calls will NOT be affected. NHS Grampian phone numbers 55xxxx will not be affected.
What should you do?
There will be an interruption to telephone services, you may not be able to initiate or receive external calls during this time.
