Brief interruption to staff H drives and CASS filespace.
What is happening?
IT Services, in conjunction with our external vendor, will be undertaking essential maintenance on the systems which provide your shared drive and home drive.
This will result in loss of access to staff H drives based at Old Aberdeen and also file storage located within ‘CASS on \uoaglobal’ for a brief time between 18:00 – 18:30 on Monday 8th April.
What should you do?
If you are planning to work on documents etc during this period, please save your work locally onto your hard drive or a USB drive. After this period, copy these files back to your shared and home drive (as applicable) to enable them to be backed up.
