What is happening?
We are aware that our mobile telephone service provider, Orange is currently experiencing problems with their Cellular Data Services network (3G). This means that any 3G mobile phones are currently unable to retrieve email or access internet based services on the Orange data network. Orange Service Engineers are working to resolve the problem.
What should you do?
If you need to access email or internet based services, whilst on campus you should use the University wireless network, otherwise you need not take any further action.
