What is happening?
University IT account creation, management, and closure will be paused from Wednesday 5 June until Friday 7 June due to critical changes to upgrade the servers that create IT accounts.
Any attempts to create new primary and secondary IT accounts will be queued, or potentially unavailable, while the changes take place. This change will affect account creation and closure for all IT accounts including staff, student, and online IT accounts.
After the change completes
You should not see any changes to the account creation interface though if you do encounter a problem please let us know.
There is never an easy time to make such changes and we thank you for your understanding while we upgrade these critical servers.
