Some of the printing and copying devices are timing out with 'failure to connect' messages.
What's happening?
We are urgently investigating multiple separate reports of printing problems on campus that have been reported to us over the past 24 hours.
Printing is working on campus but for currently unknown reasons some of the printing and copying devices are timing out with ‘failure to connect’ messages.
Workaround
If there is another printer near your location then please do try a different device.
The problem appears to be affecting about 20% of devices at present. We do know that not all locations have another printer that is easily accessible so we do apologise for this inconvenience.
We will provide a further update as soon as possible.
