Digital and Information Services are reviewing how long selected Microsoft Teams conversations are kept for. The retention period for Teams 1:1 chats, group chats and meeting chats will be one year.
This will be effective from 13 March 2024 and will be retrospective from this date. However, please note that there may be a 7 day period for this to take effect.
