Avoid the traffic jams and come and listen to this free tea-time concert as part of a new exciting initiative between the City of Aberdeen and the University of Aberdeen.
University String Ensemble, directed by Roger Williams, will team up with the Edinburgh Quartet to perform Bach's Double Violin Concerto and Elgar's 'Serenade for Strings'. The Edinburgh Quartet will also perform Bartok's String Quartet No 3.
The concert will take place in the Cowdray Hall, Aberdeen Art Gallery, at 5.15pm until around 6.00pm on Wednesday 29 November 2000.
Admission is free and open to the public.
