The University of Aberdeen will today (Wednesday August 27) host an information seminar for local teachers, education advisers and interested academic staff on a new initiative designed to help sixth-year secondary school pupils with their studies.
It is expected that over 70 delegates will attend the seminar with more than 35 local teachers, headteachers and education advisers joining a variety of University of Aberdeen colleagues. Maggie Eggeling, S6 Enhancement Project Officer, said: "We are very excited about the variety of programmes offered this year by the S6 Enhancement Project. We hope that students and teachers will find the new activities beneficial and enriching."
