North-east youngsters will get the chance to rattle with skeletons at the University of Aberdeen this week as part of a series of children's events running during the October school holidays.
The University's Natural History Centre is holding a week of spooky events, from today (Monday, October 18) until Friday, October 22, where children will be able to handle skulls, bones, and skeletons, ranging from mice, hippos and elephants to whales. They will also explore the Zoology Museum for skeletons and will do some large-scale drawings to take home.
