18-25-year-olds are being invited to take part in an online survey that will help shape health policy for young people in Grampian.
The Grampian Youth Lifestyle survey has been undertaken throughout Grampian every three years from 1992 to 2001 in secondary schools.
It includes questions on such areas as diet, physical activity, alcohol, smoking, relationships, sexual health and drugs.
Now, after a six year gap, NHS Grampian and the University of Aberdeen are carrying out the survey again in schools, and are also targeting 18-25 year olds.
Dr Lesley Wilkie, Director of Public Health said: "The information from this survey, and from previous surveys, allows us to keep in touch with the health needs and behaviour of young people in Grampian. By returning these questionnaires they will be helping shape future health promotion services in the area."
The questionnaire is totally anonymous and all information will be treated in the strictest confidence.
"It's vital that we build up an accurate picture of young adults' health so that we can target our resources and efforts most effectively," added Dr Wilkie.
Questionnaires need to be completed by December 24, 2007.
