Chief Inspector of Prisons for Scotland to preach in Aberdeen

An insightful and inspiring service by The Very Rev Dr Andrew McLellan will be held at King’s College Chapel at the University of Aberdeen this Sunday (May 7).

Dr McLellan is Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Prisons for Scotland who will reflect on his ministry and his work in prisons when he preaches at the University this weekend.

He was a Minister at St Andrews and St George’s Church in Edinburgh from 1986 until he took up his current post in 2002. He was also Moderator of the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland in 2000 to 2001.

The service begins at 11am and is open to all.
