The School of Geosciences has again performed exceptionally well in the annual National Student Survey (NSS).
- Human Geography at Aberdeen has been ranked 1st in the UK for overall satisfaction, with a score of 100%
- Earth Sciences has been ranked 4th in the UK for overall satisfaction, with a score of 91.7%
- Forensic and Archaeological Sciences has been ranked 4th in the UK for overall satisfaction, with a score of 92.3%
- Physical Geographical Sciences has been ranked 14th in the UK, with a score of 86.5%
The annual NSS asks final-year students across the UK about a range of factors related to their academic experience, including teaching, learning opportunities, assessment and feedback, and academic support.
Overall, the University of Aberdeen was ranked 4th in the UK - and 2nd in Scotland - for overall student satisfaction in this year’s survey.
