Dr Thomas L Muinzer, Co-Director of the Aberdeen University Centre for Energy Law, provided oral evidence to the AERA Committee of the Northern Ireland Assembly, over 10:15-11:15, Thursday 23rd of September. His oral evidence was accompanied by a written policy submission, concerning the Climate Change Bill introduced by Claire Bailey MLA that is currently going through parliament.
