Professor Keith Bender joins IZA network as a Research Fellow

IZA is a nonprofit research institute and the leading international network in labor economics, comprising more than 1,600 scholars from around the world.

Congratulations to Professor Keith Bender, the SIRE Professor of Economics in the Department of Economics and the Centre for European Labour Market Research at the University of Aberdeen Business School for being invited to join the IZA network as a Research Fellow.

Professor Keith Bender's research interests lie in applied labour economics including the interactions between employment contracts and health, educational mismatch, and the role of institutions (e.g. trade unions and the public sector) on labour market outcomes. His research has been published in Oxford Economic Papers, Economic Inquiry, Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization, Journal of Population Economics, Economics of Education Review, Industrial and Labor Relations Review, and the Scottish Journal of Political Economy.
