Robert Segal, Sixth Century Chair in Religious Studies and also both Honorary Professor, University of Essex, and Professorial Research Fellow, University of Vienna, is the recipient of a Festschrift: Explaining, Interpreting, and Theorizing Religion: The Contributions of Robert A. Segal, edited by Nickolas P. Roubekas and Thomas Ryba (Brill September 2020). He is also the author of the forthcoming Myth Analyzed (Routledge 2021) and of Myth Theorized (Equinox 2021) as well as the editor, with Nickolas B. Roubekas, of the forthcoming second edition of the Wiley Blackwell Companion to the Study of Religion (Wiley Blackwell 2021).
