Our Dr Eddy Wifa was awarded a research grant to facilitate cooperation with researchers at the University of Bergen. The SPIRE 2020 grant will enable Dr Wifa to visit Bergen for 6 weeks to conduct joint research in the regulation of offshore wind energy as part of the GOV-WIND research project led by Dr Ignacio Herrera Anchustegui. Furthermore, the visit of Dr Wifa will support his role in the DeWindSea “Designing a Refined Legal Framework for Offshore Wind in the North Sea Basin” project, coordinated by Prof Sigrid Schütz. During his visit, Dr Wifa will present his previous and on-going research at the Bergen Offshore Wind Centre and also at a different seminar organized by the Research Group of Natural Resources and Environmental Law of the Law Faculty.
