Student monitoring emails and blank content

What is happening? 

Some Student Monitoring emails have appeared as blank with no content other than the subject line.

  • If you receive an email from monitoring@abdn.ac.uk with the subject line Student Monitoring this means there is an important update on your course status.
  • Logon to the Student Hub at - https://www.abdn.ac.uk/studenthub/
  • If you are at risk of failing a course, known to us as C6, you will see a message on the right of the screen similar to this:

  • If you have been refused a class certificate, known to us as C7, you will see a message on the right of the screen similar to this:

 

What should you do?

If you are concerned about C6 or C7 status contact your School or academic supervisor.

If you receive a blank student monitoring email, please forward it to the IT Service Desk as that will help with our investigation.
